We understand the importance of specialised training, especially when it comes to working with individuals with specific disabilities or unique client-focused needs. That’s why we provide enhanced training 

opportunities that cater to these specific areas, enabling you to deliver the highest standard of care.

Shadowing is an integral part of our training approach. You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from our experienced care staff as you support individuals with diverse support needs. 

We are a committed employer –  helping our care workers reach their full potential. Our care workers are supported in completing NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. If you aspire to grow your career within our organization, NVQ Level 3, certificates, and diplomas in Health and Social Care are available to you.

Hello, I’m Amie.
I’ve been a part of HMH since 2019. Starting my career here as a carer, I have progressed to become an expert in healthcare and domiciliary care staffing.

Currently, I hold the position of managing staff recruitment in the Newcastle region. My responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding of new candidates and providing ongoing management support, and guidance to our existing staff. I am dedicated to ensuring our team receives the best care, and ongoing support they need to excel in their roles.
